Adaptive Experience Design

Smarter Travel,
Thoughtfully Designed

Plan travel with
expert confidence.

Travel + Leisure Go (a part of Wyndham Properties’ portfolio) needed a clearer identity, one that connected naturally to the Travel + Leisure legacy while standing on its own as a trusted destination for timeshare and trip planning. With a small senior team team of creative and strategy partners, we built an experience and brand direction that gave T+L Go the confidence and clarity it was missing.

Our design strategy focused on bringing content and trip planning together in a seamless flow. Instead of treating articles, inspiration, and booking as separate tracks, we linked them into a single journey, allowing guests to move effortlessly from reading to discovering to planning.

Creating one connected ecosystem.

We proposed a travel-planning tool that felt more personal than the generic chatbots entering the market. Instead of a one-off conversation, guests could build their own “travel scrapbook,” saving destinations, refining preferences, and surfacing ideas that aligned with (or expanded beyond) their typical choices. Over time, the tool learned from each interaction, offering recommendations that felt both relevant and pleasantly surprising.

A travel tool that learns with you.

Growing with every journey.

As we continued refining the concept, we leaned into evolving LLM capabilities to support long-term memory, preferences, and contextual conversations. This allowed the tool to feel more intuitive. Remembering what mattered to guests, anticipating their needs, and making each session feel like a natural continuation of the last.
