AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora) wanted a space that didn’t just talk about their impact on healthcare. They wanted people to feel it. As they prepared to open their new headquarters, our team was brought in to help translate their human-centered mission into an immersive experience for clients, partners, and employees alike.

Working closely with the architecture and interiors teams, we shaped a welcoming, story-driven environment that guides visitors through the company’s global reach, emerging verticals, and real-world impact. The goal wasn’t spectacle, it was connection.

At the core of the space is a multi-user, touch-enabled tabletop that invites guests to explore the company’s world from any angle. It acts as a launch point: choose an area of interest, distribution, patient support, animal health, global logistics, and more, and the experience unfolds from there.

As visitors move outward, the central hub branches into a series of “spokes.” Each one creates its own moment of discovery, allowing for deeper dives, small-group interactions, or self-guided exploration. The result is a flexible environment that supports everything from quick introductions to full training sessions, and from passive storytelling to hands-on, choose-your-own-path learning.
